Was in Rocker, MT. McDonald's. Was the longest wait for my food! I was a walk-in ????. Customer Service was Non-existent! I was... the only customer in the place, but drive thru was getting all the service! When I finally got waited on, the girl looked at melike she wanted to rip my head off for ordering! This store is confirmed to be open 24 hours, but that?s not the case. We placed a mobile order at 5:30am and had to wait in the... parking lot for 35 minutes because there were cones in the drive thru, the doors were locked, and all the lights were off. Iwould have thought it was closed if it weren?t for the multiple people outside smoking right in front of us. Don?t waste yourtime. Go to the other McDonald?s in town. Read more

I stopped eating McDs as my stomach would hurt after eating it. But we were on the road and it's what was available at the gas... station. Husband got a DQP and I got a 4 piece nuggets kids meal as I wanted a Thor toy. :) When she asked if I wanted friesor apples I got fries and selected sweet and sour fie the sauce. When we got our food I forgot to check and Yep they forgotthe sauce. There were 2 mini fries and I realized you can get fries AND apples or 2 of each. And Yep, made my stomach hurtlater. Read more
What is up with the next generation? Ordered quarter pounder with bacon meal. Only received the regular quarter pounder meal.... No napkins. Person at speaker sounded like they hated being there. If you don't love what your doing go elsewhere. Weappreciate people who care. Read more
