Great looking Truck Stop. Always clean inside with lots of friendly staff that are helpful. They sometimes don't have enough... cashiers as this place can get busy from people around the area. But overall, it's a good stop with a easy access to I-90East. Lots of parking for truckers and it has clean roomy showers, there's a hot plate if you are hungry up until about 8pm,but they have other food like sandwiches and chips and other types of snacks. This place is usually a good place to come. Get a hot shower, warm food, and very friendly people. But, I went in to take a... shower. It was dirty (it happens). I reported to the person who cleans them. The guy just walked right past me. Didn't evenacknowledge that I was there. I told management, who said they will take care of it. That should have been the end if it.However, as I was in the shower. The guy walked passed my door and told me, really loud, to "Get out of here"- twice. Ifinished and reported it to management. Who said that the porter has autism and doesn't do very well with stress. And Iresponded, autism or not. You don't treat nor talk to people like that. Less you're looking for confrontation. Doubt they'll doanything about it. Which is why I'll never come here again. Read more
There's pretty much anything you need for long haul travel at this place.
It'd be nice to have kind and polite customer service, an old cashier assistant got mad at me for asking for summer windshield... good for bugs stains. He said all windshields washers fluids were good, he raised his voice in aggressive way. I said whateveryou said and did not want escalate the situation and didn't get the fluid Customers deserve good customer service as we thetruck drivers leave thousands of dollars in fuel at this station every day. Very nice Town Pump, Pilot travel center located a mile East of the I -15, on the I-90 split. All kind of things here to eat... from cold sandwiches to microwaved hot sandwiches. They have a lot of different breakfast sandwiches also. The store was veryclean and so was the restrooms. All the employees I came in contact with were very nice and friendly. Read more
