Came up to the drive through window 45 minutes before they closed sat there for 15 minutes and nobody helped us! So we decided... to go inside and order instead then their lobby was closed and they stood there just staring at us! Definitely not good service! Read more
Terrible, terrible, 1/2 the time they are closed or close early! ALWAYS out of product, never keeping things properly ordered or... stocked! I have to drive to Helena sometimes just to get what I would like to order because they are always OUT! I mean who doesthe ordering, do they not do inventory? Just ridiculous poor experience through and through!! You order new supply?s and outwithin 2-3 days obviously someone else needs to do the ordering or at least pay attention to the product that is low or out andbe sure to order enough to stay stocked, they even run out of cup holders for hot coffee. When mapping through Google you are directed to a location 5 min away. I see other reviews about this very issue and no one has... taken the steps to inform Google( easy process). After finding the location the lobby was closed. There?s a sign on the doorthat says the drive-through is open. When I looked inside there were three employees standing around talking and no one was inthe drive-through. Read more
I will start off saying I fully regret not taking pictures but anyways, I was traveling through Montana and stopped here for... some coffee. We got a mocha frappe and a vanilla bean frappe & they were amazing! We decided to get our toddler a hot chocolate& after she took a sip she handed it back saying ?ew? so we checked inside, fully rotted milk. We waited a good 30 minutes togive her the hot chocolate so it was too late to go back and show them. Absolutely disgusted with this. Read more
