I stopped here for breakfast and a driving break. The facility was clean. I use the kiosk ordering. The food was ready quickly.... The staff I did interact was friendly. The restroom was clean. The parking is well lit. I felt safe. It's a good stop off theI-5 freeway that gets very long! I would stop here again. Understaffed.. went through drive thru and had to park to go inside because my order was incomplete. Waited a few minutes at the... front cashier and had to flag down an employee because they would simply walk past without acknowledging me. Traveling to the Bay area on business and stopped by the McDonald's in Buttonwillow, CA. We ordered through the drive-in,... received a receipt and our order, and ate it in their lot. We noticed the same cashier leave afterward and we jumped back on theroad to our destination. At the next gas stop I noticed my credit card was missing to which I called the store. the personanswering the phone acknowledged they had my card. I requested the manager on duty to understand why the cashier didn't returnmy CC, they hung up!! I had to go through the hassle of cancelling the CC and now waiting for another in a couple days. Icontacted McDonald's corporate office and logged a formal complaint. I'm awaiting a response before I take it to the next level. Read more
