I stopped here for breakfast and a driving break. The facility was clean. I use the kiosk ordering. The food was ready quickly.... The staff I did interact was friendly. The restroom was clean. The parking is well lit. I felt safe. It's a good stop off theI-5 freeway that gets very long! I would stop here again. I gave the atmosphere a low rating because I really hate the grayindustrial look of the McDonald's. It's so unfriendly. Read more

Understaffed.. went through drive thru and had to park to go inside because my order was incomplete. Waited a few minutes at the... front cashier and had to flag down an employee because they would simply walk past without acknowledging me. It was clear theywere shuffling to try to get orders out but still couldn?t get them out in a timely matter. The food itself was ok. Read more
Typical McDonald's you find at truck stops. The food is consistant and very average. McDonald's is attempting to dominate truck... stops on the all the major interstate hwys. When I was younger there were good independent cafes that catered to truckers. Read more

Very disgusting I think you get away with it because you're in the middle of nowhere people who are traveling they're not gonna... call and complain because they're not gonna probably be back I Was so angry I bought one of those new Orange juice slushy'seven offered to wait however long I have to for it to be hot and fresh. My drink was missing and something else I can't rememberat this point The slushy one The food was cold spry saggy chicken tasted as if they microwave it 5 more times tastes like rubberbeaks. Horrible experience. The signs obviously show that they are open for walk up customers for takeaway however when I approached... the makeshift counter I got yelled at for being inside a construction area. Didn't even acknowledge their signs told me to dojust what I did. To be honest I can't believe McDonald's would allow a spray painted sign like that that looks so amateur.Certainly must be a franchise not a corporate store. Read more
Traveling to the Bay area on business and stopped by the McDonald's in Buttonwillow, CA. We ordered through the drive-in,... received a receipt and our order, and ate it in their lot. We noticed the same cashier leave afterward and we jumped back on theroad to our destination. At the next gas stop I noticed my credit card was missing to which I called the store. the personanswering the phone acknowledged they had my card. I requested the manager on duty to understand why the cashier didn't returnmy CC, they hung up!! I had to go through the hassle of cancelling the CC and now waiting for another in a couple days. Icontacted McDonald's corporate office and logged a formal complaint. I'm awaiting a response before I take it to the next level. Read more
