I ordered a bacon and extra cheese pizza and an order of cheesy bread. I ordered it and as soon as I hung up the phone I headed... right there, and it's only 5 minutes from my house. I got there early just in case the current road work could've potentiallymade me later than I thought. I just wanted to give a shout of to the two gentlemen working on the pizzas! I just spent the whole evening at urgent care with... my daughter. I was looking for something fast to bring home. We had quite the evening and they really turned my stressfulevening into me walking to my car with a smile! Their sense of humor had me laughing all the way home! So excited for the new pizza place in town but, thoroughly disappointed. When I placed my order at 4:40pm the website said that... it would be delivered in approximately 35 minutes. According to the tracker my food came out of the oven at 4:50pm and was"Quality Checked" until it left the store at 5:24pm. Then at 5:30pm my food was marked as delivered. I tried to call and triedto call because my food was not delivered but they still have yet to answer the phone. Thinking I am out $50.00 for food thatwas not delivered, I was leaving to drive to the store when the delivery driver pulled up at 5:45pm. He was kind of apologeticand stated that they were really busy. Not surprisingly since it came out of the oven almost an hour prior, my food was barelyroom temperature. I understand being busy but to not answer the phone and deliver hour old, cold pizza isn't really awesome. Iguess I will stick to the local pizza places I am used to and bypass the cheaper, corporate option. Read more
