It took a long time for someone to wait on me. Plenty of staff. When I finally got waited on (only I ordered fries) that took a... while. They even stopped to talk while holding my bag of fries. No gloves or use of care handling my food. Very disappointing.Will not return to this McDonald's. Read more
Staffing shortages caused long long waits and yes, there was a sign that indicated that. Not their fault, but an apology for the... wait and better professionalism among the remains staff would have been nice. And the frappe machine was broken. That's whatthey say. Burger was obviously sitting for a while on the warmer as the ketchup was dried. They gave me a diet soda instead of the... regular I ordered. Made my 2 hr. ride home unpleasant as I was thirsty yet had plenty of gross tasting diet soda that Icouldn't drink. Somebody else said, "You can't ruin a Dr. Pepper..."....yes, you can. Read more
First time in last time at this location in Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts. After sitting in the drive-through as a disabled person... for over 15 minutes without the line budging, I decided to go inside and witnessed absolute chaos with the staff. I doublechecked with a woman in front of me to make sure that I was standing in the correct line. She said, good luck ordering becauseI?ve been standing here for 10 minutes and no one has even acknowledged me, yet. I asked someone who was running around if wewere standing in the correct line to order our food. One woman came around the corner and said ?you?ll have to be patient withus because I?m the only one working the register.? I would?ve had more sympathy for her, had I not overheard her swearing anddropping profanities and talking poorly about her customers who were standing right in front of her. The staff needs to rememberat these types of locations with open kitchens, customers hear absolutely everything! The most disturbing part of my visit waswhen I was waiting for my chicken nuggets. I happened to witness the kitchen staff and noticed numerous young men sneezing andwiping their nose with their sleeve and their forearms, all while continuing to work with the SAME gloves on. No hand washing atall?... NASTY!!! As soon as I got my food I immediately threw it right in the trash. I would rather be out the money it cost mefor my dinner then get sick. I?m sure this restaurant is in numerous health code violations. The franchise owner needs to beaware of this. Install cameras with sound and see for yourself. This was inexcusable. Service was ridiculously slow. They're wildly understaffed so I would normally understand but when I pulled up the girl was... wiping the side of a cup she was about to serve for no less than 2 minutes. Food was absolutely awful and the order was wrong.Kids nuggets didn't even taste like food, fries were stale and they gave me the wrong sandwich completely. Gross. Read more
Wow! Absolutely impressed with the location and team! I travel a lot around the country, and hands down THE BEST CUSTOMER... SERVICE that I have seen in over ten years!!! Store was clean, staff was friendly and attentive! The manager was amazing! Yes, there is street construction BUT that has nothing to do with this store! Way to go! You guys rock!!!!! Read more
While I understand they may be understaffed, this location is poorly managed as another person stated. It took 35 minutes total... from the start of our wait in drive thru to the end of receiving our order and customer service was severly lacking as there wasno sense of urgency or care for the extremely long wait. That is the opposite of fast food. And this isn't the first time ithas taken this long either. Never going to that location again nor can I recommend others to either. Read more
Every time I go here there's an issue. Overcharged, food not right. Waited over 10 minutes at the window with no one to take my... order one day so I left. This time waited over 10 minutes for my food which was wrong. No cheese on my food ketchup when I saidno ketchup... chargen me for lettuce when if you sub the bun for lettuce you're not supposed to be charged for it... sloppymess. So upset rn. In the trash it goes!!!!!People behind me line started to drive away. This Location is the ABSOLUTE WORST. LOST my business now. Hope this review helps you our. Save your time and money.
