I've been eating Plus One since I was a kid. It's always been good. Sometimes I feel like they skimp on the toppings whenever I... use one of my rewards though. Every time I get a stromboli using a reward it only has meat and toppings in the two middle piecesand the sides are just bread. My biggest issue now is how expensive it has become. They used to offer decent paper coupons butnow they aren't that great. The pick 2 for $5.99 kept gradually going up and now it's pick 2 for $9.25. When some of those itemsbeing offered for the deal is cheaper when buying it straight off the menu by itself. For example, a small cheesy bread is $7.95on the menu, but for that specific deal it's $9.25. How does that make sense? I get it all places need to make money and haveprice increases but plus one has increased their prices more than other places. *8/12/22 - I just tried ordering again. Had areward for a free small 3 topping pizza. It had hardly any banana peppers or ham on it. Every time I get something using areward, they skimp on the toppings. I think they either changed suppliers or their recipe cause the crust was terrible. It wasthe worst I've ever had. I also got cheesy bread and it didn't look like it usually does and the crust was bad too. Before toolong, I won't be reordering. Read more
They use to never refuse to bring it to my house but recently they must of hired people who don't know how to drive or managers... that don't let drivers drive on roads that aren't that bad AT ALL. So we order 50 or more dollar orders and put a tip on theorder just to have to turn around and come pick it up ... if someone from my house can come pick it up then their drivers cancome drop it off or even go half way to drop it off. Have always had great customer service! We eat here at least 10 times a month. Always get a bunch of free food with the coupon... use and always delivered in a timely manner. I hope they take care of their employees as well As they take care of uscustomers!!! Read more
Update: a different manager called me the next day and apologized. She gave us all of our money back. Still upset about the way... I was treated but I will probably eat here again now. They do have the best Stromboli around. What a waste of money. Orderedfrom the one in Caldwell for years and the second time I?ve ordered from this one in Byesville we found hair. We understood butwere also disgusted and naturally wanted our money back. They would not refunded our card and only store credit so my husbandagreed to a new pizza even though we were hesitant after finding a hair. When the guy got here he insisted that we give him theremaining pizza even though we had already gotten rid of it. After getting him to finally leave we got a call from the store.They were inferring that we were trying to steal the pizza and they informed us that we would only be pick up from now on. If I could give zero stars I would.... came for a visit to my sister's had hair in our pizza... they said they would send us a... new one... and when they showed up asked for the old one we had thrown out already.. then they had the audacity to call us andyell at my sister for not giving the pizza back.. saying she was stealing it.. ummm no we spent $60 some dollars and wereunsatisfied with a pizza with hair... pathetic service!!! I quit going to plus 1 for awhile. Seemed like they changed their ingredients or something. Started going back because the kids... wanted it, and been going back every time we order pizza. I think It's better than ever now. I must say their new pepperoni (oldworld pepperoni) is awesome. Always fast and on time. Highly recommended ???? Read more
Although the pizza was delicious and the service was average, there were two things i didn't like about it. They put the... marinara sauce on top of my pizza causing it to be smashed down in 4 places!! i hate that! And they did not fully cut the pizzaas I had to tear it apart!!
