This place is open but never able to order food or won't respond to drive through window. I went by there twice recently and... didn't get any service. I looked on online and it clearly stated it was open. It was may be around 9 pm the last time. I haveheard other people say they can't never get service there as well!!! Read more
Sign on billboard says open till 12 am. I pull up at 1056 pm and was told they were closed. All lights on and people hanging... out inside. Exact same thing happened the last time I tried to eat here. Not to worry though, Burger King fed me well andaccepted the 23 bucks I spent. Never have I ever came across such RUDE employees. Went thru drive thru Sunday night ab 9pm. Ordered 2 #1s (4 Krystal?s) and 4... chicks. She only gave us 5 total Krystal?s and 2 chicks. When we hold her we were missing 3 burgers and 2 chicks she didn?t saya word. 8 mins later she returned and only gave us 3 burgers. No chicks. Completely lazy and incompetent staff. I tried calling4 times afterwards and no answer. Hey owner, your staff doesn?t give a you know what about their jobs and the one at the windowquite frankly should be fired for being so rude. There's nothing like a Krystal!!!! My husband and I have to travel a lot for his job, so sometimes we go for a year and a half... without being near one. So when we get to go home or anywhere that has a Krystal...it's the 1st place we stop!! We stopped inMississippi and grabbed a sack full of Cheese Krystals on our way to Baton Rouge. YUMMY ???? Oh how I miss living in Mississippi so I could get Krystal?s whenever I?d like?but, I digress. However, EVERY ???????? SINGLE... ???????? TIME ???????? I come to visit my family, Krystal?s is ALWAYS the very FIRST stop on my trip. I also take a steamerpack, or 2, back on the 6 hour drive back to Dallas. (They?re still delicious even when reheated ????) I have seen where mostpeople are complaining about the new type of fries. However, I thought they were crunchy deliciousness. At this point just close the Krystal's in Byram down. The food is absolutely disgusting, they don't give refunds, they charge a... 4% fee on credit cards and the hours are unpredictable. I really like Krystals but I will never ever go to this Krystals inByram, MS again. Read more
