I am so glad they worked out the kinks because when I first came here the chicken strips were horrible and the fries were so... bland like tasteless. I gave it another try yesterday. The food was superb, the chicken strips were not jumbo and tasteless andthe fries and bread was good. I will definitely come again and recommend this restaurant to anyone! Most of the time my order is right but today just broke a nerve with me. I asked for a box combo with no coleslaw and extra... toast. Note, I live 25 minutes away from Cane?s. That?s 50 minutes of drive time. When I get home, there?s only 4 strips in thebox, and it turns out my order wasn?t even put in correctly to begin with. It?s a little aggravating, especially when the orderas a whole was $20. Please have the orders repeated back to make sure it?s correct. Thanks. Read more
I've never been disappointed in a Raising Cane's until now. You have ONE job, making chicken fingers, and seems the fry cook... botched that. Maybe bring SpongeBob into the kitchen...The food tastes.....off. Their fries are bland and tastes like thegrease is old, tenders are tough and burnt, but at least they didn't screw up the bread. Oh, and this awful slog of food waspreceded by a ~20 minute wait. If they just opened and are misfiring like this....I see more bad reviews in your future.
