Just left there & I don't know if it was 'Slow & Low Functioning Employee Night' or what!! Where do I begin.... The 6... customer's that were waiting, stated that they've been waiting an whole hour, then their orders were wrong! One woman had towait to place an order, once she placed it, she still was waiting! She left & came back to pick up her order because they tookso long & had to return again due to her order being wrong! I waited 45 minutes to place an order, finally made my order & whathappened next?? You guessed it, my order was wrong as well! 6 employees & no one could get anything right! Very dissatisfied! Went to waffle house in Byram, went in, no clean tables, wasn't busy but the staff was too busy talking , rather then trying to... see what we wanted to order or even clean a table. The cook working 5/15/22 around 11;pmwas nice enough to take our order. Thiswaffle house used to better. Last 2 times here have not been good experiences. Read more
I have been working all day at the hospital,, so I got off at 7,,, wanted to grab something good since it was Sunday evening. So... I picked up my children and came to Waffle House. So I walked in along with my children. I wasn?t greeted ,it looked as if itwas 3 waiting on their orders, I looked for a menu, couldn?t find one so I walked towards a table and was told I can?t sit ,they are only taking to go orders , I said that?s fine I?m just looking at the menu. So I waited for someone to take our order,, the server only looked pass us and did other stuff, even after he handed out the orders!! So a lady asked have any one tookour order I said no we still waiting for someone to take it , she asked the guy thats taking orders he said no I thought u was?so I?m still waiting and the guy just wondering around still nothing so I asked another lady could she take it she went to themanager and said something the Lady came and said she can?t s she?s training,, so the manager took my order ,, so she put ourorder in ? Went to Waffle House around 6:15pm and we gave our drink orders, didn?t get our drinks for like seemed 10 minutes, this young... elderly lady even told this gentleman we needed to be waited on. Not racists at all but it was a young black male server, whichI get short staffed, one cook one server, it wasn?t busy at all in there. The cook even asked if we had Been waited on, serversaid no, the cook shook his head( the cook was doing his job. Oh and did I mention the guy at the register today charged thislady $10 when she was suppose to pay $6 something from what I overheard. Props to the cook though, but either there needs to beretraining involved or out the door. Waffle House in usualy great with service but tonight service sucked so got up and left ofcourse. Read more
Good food and consistent food, the place is clean and the staff During lunch time during the week are friendly and has great... customer service. My husband and I always get the hash brown or grits bowls. And they make it really well, no complaints at all! Read more
