Disgusting burger. I know it's not a gourmet burger, after all it's fast-food..but I ordered the ghost pepper Whopper. Stale... bread, cold burger, cheese hard, and so dry I had to ask for mayonnaise to try and choke down another two bites before I gave upand tossed the burger. Never again, shame on you Burger King for passing this garbage off as food! Read more
I guess it's too much to ask that a burger be hot! The ladies at the window are great and do an awesome job but it's the people... in the back not keeping the hamburgers hot that need to be fired! Not to mention I'm pretty sure it's a violation of the healthdepartment! Which I'm seriously considering calling!! Read more
Very Clean establishment (bathrooms not perfect, but who cares)service was super friendly, double drive thru, food was better... then 90% of other BKs I?ve been to, and they have a play park for kids. Top 1% establishment. Kudos. Read more
We wagged into the drive thru. It was convent being so close to the highway. It has 2 drive thru options and the largest play... place I have ever seen . The woman who helped us living inside the menu box was short and to the point ensuring we get the mealwe asked for. And we couldn't have asked for a better meal that was from the king. I made the mistake of ordering a new menu taco. This is the taco that was served to me. It was so old and stale that it was... falling apart in a very gross way. I walked up and asked if I could get a fresher taco, and handed it to the assistant managerwith my bare hands. She (didn?t get the name) asked them to make me one, and proceeded to throw the taco away.. then stopped,pulled out a fresh tray, put the (returned) taco on it, and left it on the counter. It took four minutes to get the new-ishtaco, that was still inedible. My husband and I both took a bite and threw it away. Playground needed some attention. Took well over 20 minutes to get our food then it was cold and not made correct. Took it back... and had I not said something to the boy remaking it, it would have been made wrong again. Asked for light mustard and lightketchup with extra pickles and when my 8 year old son took a bite ketchup and mustard went everywhere. It was smothered in itand no extra pickles. Not to mention that my chicken sandwich wasn't made the way I asked for it to be made. The order was putin correct, it was the Cook's that just didn't care.
