I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering...they are 100% accurate!!! I place an order and received it in a timely... manner but the order was wrong. Try to reach the store to advice but no one pickup for 1 hr so I call customer service.Patricia advised she would call the store but then hung up on me! Very frustrating! I was hestitant about ordering from here tonight because it hasn't been good at this location the last few times i have been. Im... glad I gave them another chance because my pizza was delicious,had plenty of cheese and other topping and was piping hot.I neverleave reviews but was pleased with my order and customer service was great too! I just received my pizza, barely any cheese on it, toppings hardly on the pizza itself. Every single time I order from this... location they either get my order completely wrong, or the pizza is jacked & hardle edible. Order 29 dollars worth of pizza two weeks ago. Went to pick it up. Could not find order. Paid with card over phone. Said my... order was canceled. So orderd again for delivery paid with card. Paid 39.00 for that order. It was cancled. Contacted corp.Still no refund called and talked to other locations. Warner robins manager told me she could not help because I didn't orderfrom their to contact a lawyer. So Tuesday I will do that. Read more
Update on 29 May 2022; I decided to give these guys another chance. Well, pizza, although burned was at least ready when I... picked it up, but I made the unfortunate mistake of ordering a Philly "steak" and cheese. The sandwich was at least 80%BREAD, less than 1 Oz. of actual "meat" and hardly any peppers or onions. I shouldn't have been surprised. TOTAL LET DOWN!! These franchise owners should be absolutely embarrassed to sell such garbage. 2 strikes you are OUT Domino's of Byron, Georgia!! They cheat on the 2 minutes or free promise. They stopped the clock eventhough. I waited an additional 10minutes...NO ONE ever came to my car. I had to go in after another 10 minutes to get it myself and waited another 5 minutes tobe rudly talked to by the Manager who treated me like a nuisance instead of a paying customer. Would give zero if possible. Had a perfect pie from here Sunday. Friday night awful. Ordered extra sauce, got driest pizza ever.... Called, waited on hold 10min, it hung up on me, drove back, "Manager" argued with me it had extra sauce, "different people usedifferent spoons....etc...." I call BS, managed a Domino's for 3yrs, there are measurements for everything. She obviously has nostake in sales, she did quickly refund the order, couldn't have cared less to simply please a customer. Customer service isdead. They just lost at 2-4 orders a week for the 3 months we're here, and couldn't care less. "Have a blessed night" as shechucked the refund receipt to me and closed the window. 3 drivers standing in parking lot and no one on phones when I arrived,yet they couldn't bother with taking my call....
