I have been going to Krystal for many years when I can since there is not a Krystal in my hometown. Stopped for lunch on a... trip, the food was the same as always. Isn't this supposed to be a fast food restaurant do I have I been sitting here for So far 25 Minutes. And when I walked in there... to see what the hold up was because they told me to pull down and wait in my car. The man had no gloves on when handling thekrystals bread it was nasty. He went to he cash register. Handled people's cash and cards and then put his nasty hand back onthe food. HORRIBLE!!!! Read more

We ordered double cheese and regular cheese Krystal combos at the drive through. Service was good, waiting 5-7 minutes. The food... was really good. Something we really liked were the fries. I think they have changed their brand because these were better thanI ever remember. These were easily the best fries in Byron. Thanks for the great addition. Read more
Great experience! I was greeted by several employees when I entered the restaurant. My order was promptly taken and prepared. ... And it was correct. I was a little disappointed by some of the menu changes and prices, but the quality and size of the chiksand the fries have greatly improved since my last visit. Read more
I'm not very often impressed by a fast food chain type restaurant. I have had some bad experiences at other Krystal's in the... past. The food here wasn't out of the ordinary, it was the same as you would get at most any Krystals restaurant, Which I doenjoy very much as long as the buns aren't steamed into mush. But the manager here was exceptional. When I walked in hegreeted me like an old friend and made sure that my order was placed correctly. He made me feel welcome, and appreciated. Theplace was clean and being cleaned the whole time I was there. I wish I had gotten his name. But I'll be back. Read more
After a long, LONG work day I had a fierce hankering for a Krystal sandwhich. I?m 6 mos pregnant and you can?t just ignore a... hankering! So I whipped into the drive thru and ordered.
