This 1 star is for the Southern Tire Mart they put in the pilot. Was priced tires at one rate, then after they have put the new... retread tires on, it's nearly a $60 difference in the price of the tire they quoted.. Their explanation is that they were out ofstock of the retread they quoted me. That is something you discuss before you mount the tires, not afterwards. Then made noefforts to make it right. Tyler and his manager Brandon or Brad or whoever he was, tried to charge me for a mistake they made,and was rude about it like I was the issue. I pay good money to keep my truck running, but I would not take my truck here againunless I'm dealing with different staff that understands customer service. The mechanic was cool. Read more
I went to the shop for them to check a tire for me, the guy with long hair after pulling the tire out told me i have to go and... wait at the office, 1mn after the make a hole on the side wall of the tire which is a no no. Patch it, and make me believe I?vebeen driving 6months like this with a patchwork on the side of my tire. Don?t trust them make sure stay next to them while theyfixing your tire. Read more
Used to stop all the time. They now have E15 to nicely damage your car. Won't be filling up here again.
Older Pilot, could use a remodeling. But has a nice staff, clean showers. Extremely busy location, so drivers if you need to... park overnight, better get here early. By 5 central time it's already full. Read more
If your stopping for a quick fuel run, don?t stop here. One of the worst experience for anyone who stops for fueling, slowest... pumps ever seen. Even though the price of gas is lower than the ones around it took 15 mins for 16.2 gallons. Read more
The gas pump area for cars is ridiculous! If you are not in a hurry or aren't getting gas, it's a nice place to stop. The... bathrooms are clean and it has a little bit of everything. Read more
Convenient location. Easy on and off interstate accessibility. Store appears clean and well maintained. Staff quite... friendly. Unable to give 5 stars because there aren't very many gas pumps, not a lot of parking and no separate RV parking. Read more
This is not a good place to be.... Keep your head on a swivel and be alert. If you?re not in a big rig there?s nothing else... here. If a trap house had a legal business.... This is what it would look like. Filthy, nasty, and full of God Haters. The Biblestand is shoved in a dark nasty corner next to the bathroom door. Everything is triple price and rummaged through like theBolivian army just left. And random women walking around the truck parking area. You get the idea.
