Why does their store hours show 10am to 10pm but I pull in the drive thru at 8:06 and wait almost 5 minutes to have someone come... outside to empty the trash and let me know that they are closed. Went yesterday and ordered a biscuit that was so hard I couldhave broken my car window out with it. It's not even worth coming back ever again because I have only had a couple of goodexperiences there since they opened. Read more

Rude staff! Has anyone ever seen a popeyes with 4 star review? Entered lobby was were employee sitting at tables was yelling to... people in back of kitchen then was told they would not open for 5 more min despite it already being past posted opening time.Waited then manager tells me drive thru only because cashier has not shown up. Waited over an hour for our food. while other people came in after us ordered and got their food when. we asked about it, they... told us the other people didn't order chicken. manager could not appropriately talk to customers. the employees could notcommunicate with customers about what was going on. horrible establishment horrible service this restaurant should be shutdown!!! As a local we completely avoid this location simply due to the horrible service we always receive. We gave it another chance... today and we?re let down once again. From the attitude from the drive thru speaker the to the persons at the windows, no oneseems like they want to be there. Key items were left out of bag, no thank you or have a nice day, dining area was closedcausing a drive thru line into the street at 2pm? Even the manger (I?m assuming due to a collared uniform) set no example forher staff also provided unpleasant service. Upon returning to collect missing items a young man opened the locked dining roomdoor and made an inappropriate comment stating he wanted to give my wife ?himself? plus the items that were left behind. If thisis how Popeyes conducts business myself along with the other 260+ horrible reviews online need to notified prior to spending ourmoney with company. As someone who spent 7 years in retail management, 6 years military , currently in supply chain logistics Ihave NEVER fell short in developing a team that leads in service and efficiency. I would leave 0 stars if I could. This place is a joke. My husband stopped by to grab dinner, was greeted by someone on the... speaker. He began stating his order, and got no response back. He sat there for about 2 minutes, said ?hello?? multiple timesand nothing. He pulls around to the window where multiple employees are sitting and one being a manager. He gets a woman?sattention who mouthes ?we?re closed?. Doesn?t even come to the window or give an explanation (not that it would be a good orlegit one anyways), just turns back around. This was at 830 pm, when they are supposed to close at 10pm and have plenty ofworkers. We have never, not once, had a good experience at this location. They are absolutely horrible and that shows by theirratings. Just shut them down! Read more

My family enjoys the chicken sandwiches from Popeyes quite a bit, so when this location opened I was pretty happy about it...... Until the service issues. Oh god, the service issues. Almost every time I go here, I'm told that they're out of chickensandwiches, even if I placed an online order beforehand. The wait is always awful as well. It's typically the least fun you'llever have, even if you've had four prostate exams in the same week. I suppose the franchise owner must have the awareness ofChristopher Columbus for this to have been going on for so long... The food is always good quality at least, but you're likelybetter off going to the one in Warner Robins. This restaurant couldn't hit water if it fell out of a boat. Read more

Never keeps shrimp in stock. Whom ever is in control of inventory needs to do better. I know I've gone by once a week for shrimp... in this month alone and they never have any. How you have poster for suggestive sales yet, don't keep said product in stock. It's called supply and demand. The drive thru ppl are rude. I asked for a receipt to my order, told it was in the bag. Looked inbag no receipt, turn and asked the lady and rolled her eyes. So, over this location. Needs better management and workers. Read more
