Went by the Byron location earlier today, amazing experience!! Was curious being a new location how it would compare to the few... more in the area. GREAT experience! Drive thru didnt work, was asked to come inside. Went inside and the Cashier took my order, waiting 22 minutes for my food to be... prepared by the same person that took my order only after asking if anyone was going to prepare my food. There was only 1 othercustomer waiting. They were NOT busy at all. One guy was breaking down the line, one guy was scrubbing floor and the manager wascussing at the employees and threatening to write everyone up. The cashier was nice and apologized. Pickup here is autrious. Confused staff. Inability to solve their connection issue to delivery platforms. Wasted about 15... minutes with no resolution. Had to call and cancel the order. Will not return. When going through the drive-thru the other day Iwas also not given my correct food so picking up here I was 50/50. So now I know not to ever come here. Ordered 3 soft tacos with light lettuce. When I received the meal there was more lettuce than meat. Taco had a teaspoon of... ground beef and a pound of lettuce. This business will not be here long. Young kids with no customer service skills and verycarefree. Will keep going to Warner Robins!!! Read more
