We waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, and (I counted!) They served 6 cars in that time frame. Including ourselves. I... can't say for certain, but I'm fairly sure they were taking the orders, making them, and not taking the next order until thefirst car was served. Some cars were at the order box for 5-10 minutes just waiting. Read more
This particular location was being run by two people that were trying their best to keep up with the orders of a packed house.... They deserve all the praise for getting the orders out as quickly as they did. The food was good, it was hot, and it wascorrect. Thank God for people like these Read more
Terrible customer service and not the first time! My order was wrong and even after finally getting the order corrected the food... was still not up to par.. I understand mistakes happen but again this was not the first time visiting this location with thesame problems! Read more
This location used to have great customer service. Just went through the drive thru and had THE ABSOLUTE WORST Cust service! Not... only was she rushing me as I was trying to order after I literally sat there waiting on them for 20 minutes but when I got tothe window I was trying to explain to her the lady in front of me dropped a bag from her car she NOT once acknowledged me and asI was talking she let the window shut in my face. So yup I naturally snatched my change from her hand. So after all that 30-45minute experience my food was cold! WILL NOT go to this location again! Read more
