My Frappe tastes like grapes! Today was the second time that my frappe tastes like grapes. I can only assume that someone has... not cleaned the machine between making smoothies and frappes. The food and frappes have been great for years at this location. Ihope this is fixed because a 50/50 chance of getting a bad frappe is enough for me to go to another location or restaurant. Read more

We had a mobile order we waited almost an hour for. And when we received it, it was missing items and one of the burgers had a... hair in it. The customer service was decent but one of them also acted like they didn't know we had an order after asking us tomove up a window and making us wait for another 20-30 minutes. Read more
