Quick stop while traveling on I/75 to Florida. Tasty hot chicken and their Zaxby hot sauce is the best
we had to wait more than 30 minutes for the order, while all the people who ordered after us were delivered quickly.

The experience I had has me completely turned off by the Byron, GA store. I finally got tired of over cooked strips and asked... for new ones, I waited and waited...a lady even was waiting after me and got her family platter of strips before me...the guycame out because the girl thought the order was for me he wanted to make sure I knew I wasn't getting my strips yet...then turnsto me and said oh your waiting on strips I said yes showed him how over cooked they were he was very rude but said oh yesum...yours will be coming out....the three all went walking in laughing....I DROVE OFF...just ridiculous!!!! I usually stop afew times a week and ALWAYS LET DOWN WITH OVER COOKED STRIPS OR COLD FOOD...NO MORE CHANCES IM DONE BYRON CROWD. REVAMP YOURSTAFF! Read more
The order was taken in drive thru. The young lady rushed me to place my order and then didn't give me all the items I asked for... and then gave me food, that tasted like it had been sitting awhile. This is not the 1st time this has happened. I'm just tiredof spending my money and not getting quality food or service. Read more
