We have been going to the Aero ale house since it opened. We are regular customers and last night's meal was painfully slow in... getting to us. Two other tables of equal size we're seated next to us shortly after we got there. Both of those tables got theirfood before us and one had completed their meal and were leaving about the time we got our food. Our food came out at completelydifferent times as there was nine of us. The food was basic tacos and burgers and it took approximately one hour to get ourfood. Typically it comes out much quicker but the last couple times we have noticed it's slowing down. The server was apologeticso I don't know where the bottleneck occurred but we made mention a number of times where our food was at so I'm sure she wasrelaying that to the kitchen staff. It is our favorite place to eat in Byron so we will be back but I hope that their processgets back on track so we aren't taking up a table for an hour and a half trying to get a basic meal. Read more
