Store has definitely gone way down hill placed an order online for pickup. Got the confirmation email my order was ready to go... pick up and got told it wasn't ready and that pizza don't cook in a minute ordered it 30 mins before I walked thru the door.Didn't even offer anything to make it up to me so definitely will go spend my money elsewhere on better pizza Read more
Crazy bread is my favorite. Never have to wait long for pizza or sides.
A odd non worker greeted me when I open the door.. other than that pretty standard Little Caesars always good
Picked up my teeny tiny, greasy wadded up breadsticks. They were all crumpled.. Not the best decision...hurry up they still... have a BUNCH sitting on the shelf. Wish I would have saved my $. Definitely not the size or quality they use to be. Not surewhy they look brown..maybe the grease soaking.. Read more
Worst Crazy Bread I've ever received. They had no less than 30 bags bread in the hot n ready cabinet, we ordered 2 - the bread... was very dense as if the dough wasn't properly raised prior to (over)cooking and had definitely also been sitting in the heatedcabinet for many hours too long - on top of that, whomever prepared it must have squeezed the bags because they were alldeformed and crushed inside the bag.....both orders wound up in the garbage, complete waste of money. Pizza portal was down.. 8+ customers waiting to pick up orders that were emailed their order was ready. 10+ customers in line... ordering hot and ready or ordering in store. Staff was oblivious to online order customers, and didn't acknowledge them at all.Waited 20min after my order was emailed "Ready". Understaffed is understandable, but bad service is not. ownership needs toknow they lost my business for a long time. Read more
Edit: I brought them back and they remade me new ones. 4 stars for the fact that I was lied to initially. Paid extra for a... crazy bread with extra parm only to be given one right off the heat rack amongst the others which was burnt and had less parmthan normal. I brought it up to the worker twice that I had custom crazy bread to be sure he knew and he said they were custom.I dont appreciate being scammed and lied to. Read more
