My friend had her wedding there! Staff was amazing, very accommodating even on the day of...getting extra table cloths, ordering... and delivering a gluten free lunch last minute, and bar staff showed up early so the bridal party and families could get pop andwater after pictures and before the ceremony (I'm sure they would've made a drink of asked) Bridal suite is beautiful. Membersdidn't seem happy to have weddings on site, not rude but just not friendly. Rehearsal dinner was in the country club which isnice! We booked the Union Pavillion at Railside Golf Club for our wedding. The venue space is absolutely beautiful! Amidst the ups... and downs of COVID, the staff at Railside was very accommodating. Although communication was sometimes a little delayed in theweeks prior to the event, we couldn't have been more pleased with how our event turned out. The coordinator for the day-of wasexcellent and our guests were well taken care of throughout the night. I couldn't recommend Railside more to anyone planning awedding in their event space! Read more
The venue is nice. The salad and dressing were good. The icecream dessert was good and the portion was awesome! But, I was... kind of disappointed with the event staff and the rest of the catering today. I expected more. I was there for a fund raiserand I feel bad on behalf of the non-profit for the quality of service their guests recieved. I am sure it was not cheap for themto book this venue for their guests. They served chicken breast, mashpotatos, gravy and asparagus. None of it met expectations.It was not cooked well. The plating was a bit haphazard. Perhaps the timing of the event schedule and when the meals were cookedwas off? But either way, I would have expected Railside to be able to accommodate for that. The staff were just ok. They werenot very friendly or especially helpful. Their covid/sanitation precautions were poor and halfhearted. It seemed a bitunprofessional. Either wear a mask or don't. Delicious food presented in an appealing manner. Good staff. Menu size is small so the entrees were done very well.
Beautiful views of the Railside Golf course. Nice atmosphere with an upscale feel but the prices are not to bad; and the menu is... not extravagant. Outside seating is available during warm months. (I suppose you could wear a snowmobile suit out there n thewinter but you will be serving yourself) Servers are courteous and knowledgeable. Read more
