I was there today at about 12:30. There were two young ladies working and it was quite busy. They moved very quickly and... efficiently and were both very friendly. The one who made my sub suggested another dressing for mine because they are no longerusing the sweet onion sauce. It was a great suggestion because the sub was delicious. Fantastic service! ZERO STARS. Just stopped at 11:30am to get a sandwich for my son. "New store hours 11am to 7pm" was the sign on the door, which... I had also checked online before coming. Walked in and was rudely told we're closed. We don't open until noon. Will neverreturn. Read more
Ordered online, receipt reflects that i ordered a turkey sub yet sandwich had no meat and was labeled veggie. Really... disappointed as my sandwich is now a salad on a bun and not a filling lunch. Read more
Honestly I have never been treated so rudely. She actually tossed my sandwich down the line because I wanted a Tuna Melt?? Each time I go here I have an issue. My first time time there two weeks ago, the boy that was making the sandwich was slow at... making if and after asking me what kind of cheese I wanted, put on the wrong cheese. I was in this afternoon, wanted my sub withchips and a drink. But they guy (he mumbled a lot) didn?t understand me when I said I wanted the meal with a drink and chips. SoI got over charged for the drink and chips because they were bought with my sub. Read more
Store is clean and the staff is friendly. However, I could have done without hearing the complaining about a staff member... scheduled in at 1 that will not be arriving until 4 and how the gal with the lip peircings is "so sick if it". This was not onlymutiple times but loudly and in front of customers at the sandwich station. Perhaps staffing issues should be addressed in theback or behind closed doors. Read more
Came in around 4 and the was a long line with only one worker Edward was able to get through the line a pretty quick all by... himself. He was also very pleasant to interact with was a very hard work being by himself. Read more
