Waited a drive-thru speaker for 2 minutes without being waited on. The two cars ahead of me drove off. I pulled into a slot and... was about to drive off when I was waited on. Reading through your reviews and the response you give for all the negative remarks is the same. Is there any explanation you... can give for the poor customer service from the Cabool location? Why does it take so long to answer when someone is thereplacing an order? Why do you take so long to bring food out once it is done and serve it cold from sitting? There is only oneother fast food place to eat at in Cabool and it would be nice to have an actual Sonic for us to go to. Most Sonics have thebest drinks! Is there going to be a resolve to all the issues or do we all have to accept that you don?t care? Read more
