I had to stand at the counter for a while, before a young man said "Someone will be right with you." I thanked him, and... eventually a girl walked out of the office area, adjacent to the counter, and took my order. After a very long time, Irealized I still didn't have food, and had to stand near the counter to get served, except I was only given one of the twosandwiches I ordered. The girl insisted I only ordered one sandwich, and I agreed I said I wanted "the sandwich by itself",when she asked if I wanted a combo. I then ordered another type of sandwich, also by itself. I was given no receipt. Shedidn't seem to want to be there. I couldn't refer back to my receipt to see what she charged me for or how much I was charged,because there was no receipt with the purchase or with the food, when it was given to me. The chicken sandwich was overcookedand tough. The girl is still yapping with her coworkers and ignoring customers, as I write this. -Very off-putting; seemsexpensive and less than average quality and taste, for what I got. Read more
Hadn't had Hardee's in a while tried the chicken tenders I know you are thinking Hardee's sell burgers well they sell tenders... too and they are good! 6 dollar box deal is the meal!!! Read more
My First Time Going Too A Hardee's. I Had No Idea Hardee's Was As Good As It Was. I Had The Double Western Bacon Cheeseburger.... It Was Amazing!¡! My Only Complaint Would Have Been The Bbq Sauce It Had On It. It Was Nasty But, It Wasn't Something I WouldHave Added On My Burger. Only Thing Is That If I Would Have Payed Close Attention I Would Have Known That. I'ma Heinz KetchupKinda Girl. Even Though It Had Bbq Sauce On It I Ate The ENTIRE Thing. Bbq & All... I ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and added cheese. They took away the pickles and mayo. When I called and asked about it... because we picked it up in the drive through they said there must have been a misunderstanding. Then got an attitude with me forbeing upset about a dry sandwich and was just plain rude. Will not be back. Read more
I really like this place. It is also a gas station so it's a very convenient stop. The staff is super nice. You may have a bit... of a wait to order but honestly it wasn't long. I love the way Hardee's packages togo food too. It was very convenient anddelicious. Also I broke my OJ bottle and the cashier replaced it for free. Read more
Ordered a chicken sandwich fries, coke 0. Cold fries, did not get sauce I asked for, chicken sandwich was clearly fried a while... ago and was only half of what should have been there. Girl in the window super nice but at the end of the day I paid 10 bucksfor cold, incomplete food. Order #382265. Refund needed. I would have brought it back but I had places I needed to be. Read more
So I went to get prefect this morning around 7:30am I was really impressed to start the guy working the front counter was super... nice saved me from ordering the wrong food he was great.
