I know how customers can be so I was amazed by her positive... and lighthearted attitude throughout the entire time that we were there. Usually really busy on weekend so it's understandable that there's complications. We sat for almost 30 minutes and nobody came... to our table. Bridgette saw that we hadn't been helped and came to figure it out and get us help. She's the best!! Read more
I went on the app to order two meals and they would not let me customize anything so I had to call in my order and when I... arrived 30 mins later to pick it up, my order was completely wrong. So I went back in to ask for a new bowl, the waitress saidshe would tell the cooks. They brought my food back to the car and she told me she checked it and it was good. But once I gothome and opened it, it was the smaller portion, maybe 4-5 bites was all. And I paid $16 dollars for just my food. I was veryupset. I should have gotten a free meal or refund! Read more
NOT the best place to go. We ordered a small appetizer on the side to have while we waited on our food and the waiter forgot to... order it so we didn't even get it and then we have to wait over an hour for our food. 10 minutes after getting our food, thewaiter asks us if we are ready for the check. Bud... we waited an hour for our food and you are already asking me if I want mycheck? Not to mention they got the whole order wrong. The waiter acted like he didn't know what to do half the time. Food was wrong and not very good. I asked for one meal was charged for the larger meal and when I asked to change it the manager... acted as though it was my mistake. Took 25 minutes just to get my change from payment not to mention it was cold in there I wasshivering oh and they say us under a vent that kept dripping water on my back Server was very nice just new Read more
TERRIBLE customer service. Had to flag the waiter down every single time we needed someone. It took 15 minutes to get the drink... order taken; he got that wrong and he didn't give us straws. Also, he walked away before we could even say we were ready toorder food. So we had to flag him down again. Sat there for another 5 minutes for him to come back (after he stopped at adifferent table and we had to flag him down again) just so I could actually get my correct drink. We sat there for another 50minutes waiting for our food that never came and the waiter who also never came back. The breaking point for us was when everywaiter/waitress went and sang happy birthday to someone on the other side of the restaurant... The waiter was also amumbler. 0/10 would not recommend and also never going back. Read more
Great meal today! Took our three kids 11yo, 5yo (picky eater) and 9mo. They all loved everything they ate. The 2 bigs got solver... dollar pancakes and shared with little bro. Dad got French toast and I had the pancake combo. Good service too! Read more
