Mostly everyone is usually nice at this Starbucks but certainly except for the bigger lady with purple hair. Good lord. Be nice.... If someone spends $1.25 extra for cold foam on top it?s pretty self explanatory to use the lid with the bigger opening but whenyou give me the small one and I ask for the bigger one she tells me I have to ask for that when I?m ordering. Like what? Howwould anyone know that? And then she hands me the lid to replace mine myself like what am I gonna do with a lid covered insticky foam in my car? Where?s that gonna go ma?am? Couldn?t do it for me? So rude. I spend hundreds of dollars monthly cominghere for coffee and have never had that attitude before. Do better. Read more

Was visiting town and stopped by to get a coffee. The drive thru was packed so we went inside. Very clean store. The staff was... fast, friendly, and accurate with our orders. Read more

Very lovely staff. They're polite and quick to get your drink out to you as soon as they can despite being swamped in the store... and at the drive through. I've noticed they don't get many tips despite this good service and I hope this changes. Read more

just go to the starbucks in Jacksonville. very few of the employees are actually kind and welcoming. when I order my drink, I... don't mind waiting patiently, 30 minutes through the drive thru is not ideal but fine with me. I had gotten a latte, sandwich,and an iced water. my latte was wrong, my sandwich wasn't warmed which is also fine. I went inside asking if I could just haveit fixed, I didn't even mind paying for a new one. I had to wait another 20 minutes to be spoken to. which is fine. I knowthey're busy. I just got done sitting for a half hour for two drinks. what isn't fine is the attitude of whoever spoke withme. dunno if it was one of the managers, but I was barely able to get a word in. she spoke probably twice as loud as I was justto be over me. ?!?!?!? I was so thrown off I apologized. she told me I was being rude and needed to wait like everyone else formy drink to be made?? that wasn't even the issue I had to begin with!?!?! just save your time and go to Jacksonville. I alsoheard cabot doesn't do affiliate numbers? bur I'm not sure. if that's true. there's another reason to go to Jacksonville toolmfao Read more

I just ordered at 0937 and 0956, order is still not ready. The lady that is doing the in store orders is also helping with drive... thru which is fine, but there was only a handful of us in there. She should have gotten vis out the way then help. It was a ladythat was in there before me...Do better Starbucks!!!! Read more

My drinks were fixed the way that I wanted them, but everything I try to order the dragon fruit refresher, they are always out... of the mix. Also, we had to wait in line for over 30 minutes before we could even order our drinks. Everytime we visit the cabotlocation there is always a long line and a long wait time. Read more

Ordered ahead on the app for I store pick up and my order was supposed to be ready by 11:30. I arrived a few minutes early in... case my order was ready before then. Stood inside at the counter asking for help for 20 minutes only to be ignored. The staffasked every other person in the restaurant if they needed help and every time I tried asking, heads turned in the oppositedirection and I got ignored time and time again. I have never been so frustrated with this Starbucks. Read more

I ordered it through the Starbucks app. Then I went to the store, drive thru line. There were a little crowded. But it was... fine. The employee who was in the cashier, never smile and never friendly at all. Read more
