I usually love biggby, I spend way too much there I go multiple times a week but lately I have not been impressed at all. They... have messed up my orders and a few times have messed up my bragel and I usually go on my lunch break so I don't have time to goback and ask for a new one. When I call the store to complain no one ever answers, and if you go there past 6 o'clock beprepared for the workers to be irritated with you FOR ORDERING when they don't even close until 8. I have been a dedicated Dunkin patron for years. We stumbled across this chain on vacation. So much better than ANY chain I... have visited. I wish they had locations near where I live.
