I usually love biggby, I spend way too much there I go multiple times a week but lately I have not been impressed at all. They... have messed up my orders and a few times have messed up my bragel and I usually go on my lunch break so I don't have time to goback and ask for a new one. When I call the store to complain no one ever answers, and if you go there past 6 o'clock beprepared for the workers to be irritated with you FOR ORDERING when they don't even close until 8. Especially if you're askingfor a bragel. I went there the other day at 6:30 and they said they already shut down their toaster for the night, at 6:30! Read more
I have been a dedicated Dunkin patron for years. We stumbled across this chain on vacation. So much better than ANY chain I... have visited. I wish they had locations near where I live. My wife typically asks me go the drive thru here and I pretend to be annoyed that we are once again going to get her precious... fancy-pants coffee. In reality, I love the coffee here (usually just get a black coffee, nothing fancy) and she loves themocktails and mochas. The team there is super friendly and they are always fast with our orders.
