We had them cater our wedding at the Cadillac winery. We had the pulled pork , brisket and brisket Mack n cheese, close slaw and... cornbread . The cornbread and coleslaw were mediocre but the rest was outstanding! Everyone was raving how good the meats andmack n cheese was ! I liked it. Arrived late so most everything was sold out which is a good sign. The brisket sandwich was pretty good. I tried... their Carolina mustard sauce and it's probably one of the best I've had over the years. The hot bbq sauce also had some goodheat. Will definitely stop in again when heading up north. Only had pulled pork left at 6:30 but let everyone stand in line until they reached the front to let anyone know. Ever heard of... the number 86? Good thing for them they are the only bbq place in Cadillac. Draft beer prices have almost doubled from 2months ago. Read more
Really good brisket. Husband loved it. The chicken wings were a big hit at our get together. Not dried out. Sauce on the side.... Everyone stated they were great. Definitely will be back. Read more
Very good Platter! Great pulled pork , brisket, ribs & turkey! Great bbq sauces. Hot is a good heat and mustard good needs honey... be more NC bbq . Definitely will be returning! Great places by beer on tap & eat. But also has great micro brew selection nwines. Read more
I got the combo, which was pork, brisket, and wings since they where sadly sold out of ribs. All of the meat was perfectly... cooked! Extremely juicy, fall apart meat with a light sweet smoke taste. They were quick to get our pulled pork sandwiches out. No smoky flavor in the meat and wasn't too dry. Little pricey for a... sandwich to me. Got some bad ribs here before too and was no problem returning them. 3 stars cause I was hungry and they'redecent people. Read more
