Ordered a couple burgers. 10-24-22 They were put together so sloppy, the paper was melted into the cheese. I could not eat it.... I called to ask about a refund; the man said he was a new manager and wasn?t sure how to refund for togo orders. He said he?dput in a note for the general manager and I should hear back from himself (can?t remember his name) or from the GM. I have heardnothing nor gotten the refund I requested. We usually enjoy going to Ruby Tuesdays for a quick lunch. Order the traditional wings despite the surprising price of $15 only... to receive a very small portion of 6 to 8 wings dings. They were very small. Our waitress was very thorough and very kind andkept our drinks up to par. Read more

The food was amazing!! I had the BBQ chicken and my hubby had the steak. The portions were large and filling. We also dessert... afterwards. Our server was polite and attentive. It was a great dining experience and a welcomed break from cooking in thisheat! Read more
The food was excellent. The staff did their job without pestering but came around enough to make sure you was good.
This was the best restaurant food I have had in a long time. We were a large group and this restaurant was super short staffed... however I never would have guessed by the absolutely wonderful service we received. The food and service were absolutelyperfect. Read more
I miss having a Ruby Tuesday in Grand Rapids, MI. I stopped at this one for dinner on a road trip, and it still has the salad... bar as well. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars for service is due to the long wait we had. Everything else was great ????. Read more
