I've had a melt made many times here. Never has it completely stuck to the bag, and I had to peel the paper bag off my sandwich.... I went to them and showed them and there was like 5 employees standing there and they all said "that's how they're supposed tobe" like it was completely stuck to the bag and not even a sandwich. The staff here is lacking. I do not appreciate the girl making the sandwiches today completely ignoring me and treating me as if... I was a child as I was placing my order. I got food poisoning on 4/12/18 from here. Beware of the employees not waiting gloves while making food. My husband noticed but... didn't think of anything untill I started getting sick within a half hour after eating and was sick all day and night. I usually have great experiences here, but today I had to wait 10 minutes for anyone to even come out and notice I was there,... when she finally came out the counter top and even where the food was, was all filthy! When she wrapped my sub with the paperrectangles, she wrapped it with about 6 on accident and just left it, and then later I went to eat it and there was a 2 inchplastic piece IN MY SUB!...will not get anything from here on a Thursday night again.
