We're not typically TBell people, this was our first stop in years. Our son wanted to buy food with his allowance so we stopped... in for a quick, inexpensive meal. Missy was running the register and she was fantastic with him; so patient and kind, allowinghim time to order and pay on his own, she made him comfortable and confident during his first solo purchase experience. Wecommented on the way out the door that she was hands down the friendliest and most welcoming fast food employee we've everencountered. We ordered a few different burritos as well, I was terrified due to getting sick from a different TBell in thepast, but to my surprise none of us had a reaction and we enjoyed the food. It was good! My husband said the men's restroom was disgusting. He said there is no excuse for a restaurant restroom to be like that. I... agree.Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen area is. I have never heard my husband complain about a restroom. And like he said,he has been in lots of nasty restrooms, but this one did him in. Read more
Slow as hell, there were 6 people in the back and I waited 20 minutes for 2 soft potato tacos. The front counter lady was rude... and unsympathetic when I asked about the food the first time. One of the girls in the back kept pulling up her pants withoutchanging her gloves, that is disgusting and I wouldn?t want my food being handled after you grab the waistband of your leggings.This was above all the worst experience I?ve had at Taco Bell and I will not be coming back to this location. Order was all wrong and cold, This was the 3rd time. We called and told management who very nicely said next time are order... would be free, it was still not correct. Pop ALWAYS seems flat and watered down. Management I will say was very nice andrespectful, most of the workers seemed ok. Read more
If I could leave no stars I would. I ordered 2 chipotle chicken burrito with no chipotle sauce or red strips. My burritos stuck... to the wrapping that while I was trying to pull the wrapper off my burrito fell apart. They tasted so bad that I had to throwaway due to fear of getting food poisoning, sad this place used to be one of my favorite places in Cadillac to go for a quickbite Read more
Constantly get orders with half the normal amount but this time around was ridiculous. Can't even fill up a cheese cup. With how... slow you make the line go you shouldn't be making theese kinds of mistakes. Read more
I just simply ordered Burrito Supreme, Bean Burrito and a Soft taco. Let me just say. I'm not one to complain. However, I will... most likely choose another fast food restaurant. I hadn't been here in some time. First off there was a young lady training sowe can't blame her, however, I would like to blame the people supervising her and whomever is in the kitchen. Oh, I ordered Firesauce with my selections. No sauce or Napkins in the bag. My impression is that the Management and Supervisors need training aswell. To my opinion the only item that was worth the money was the $1.69 Bean Burrito. $3.89 Burrito Supreme (No). Soft Taco(No). I think they must be short on ground beef. I was even searching for it through my Bi-focals. Mostly lettuce. Cheese theymust be short on as well. I challenge the district Manager to invite me to contact them. Also, WATCH OUT! for the drain in thedriveway by the window. It's very deep and may cause damage to your vehicle. Remember if you decide to go to this Taco Bell. Iwould stay with a Bean item. Food was good, that's about it. Waited inside about 15 minutes for our order. We used the kiosk to order. Didn't get our cups... (the guy threw a fit when we said we didn't get them and said he asked us what sizes we needed when in fact he never did), gotour food, sat down. Didn't have the chips for my nachos. Went back up and got them, sat back down. Didn't have my quesadilla.Went back up again. Got my quesadilla, no apology, nothing. Read more
