Disappointing lunch as I ordered a BLT on a bun. Then was told they were out of buns, so they'd put it on a croissant. After... waiting 10-15 min. they gave me a BLT in a tortilla wrap bcz they ran out of croissants! Someone forgot to defrost the bread!Disappointing lunch, & I wasn't given any compensation for paying for a bun & getting a wrap instead, which was probablycheaper. Read more
I love this gas station. We stop in here both to and from the UP every time we go. We fuel up, grab some drinks, and some... pickles. However, this time they didn?t have any pickles either way my son was so devastated. This is a tradition we love and wewere sad that we couldn?t do it this time :( Read more
This location ran out of biscuits. Fortunately they subbed croissants for no additional charge. Which is good. The time it took... for this happen was about 20 minutes. That was bad. Read more
EDIT: The staff have vastly improved! It has been quite a while since anything has been majorly wrong with an order. Once in a... while mistakes happen, but that?s just normal part of life. The staff really seem to be taking the time to double check theorders and are always pleasant even when they?re busy or short staffed. We live just down the road and like to get breakfast onthe weekends here pretty regularly. Our last 5 visits (weekend mornings) in a row have been wrong. We either have items missing,wrong items included, and a few time both. I understand that mistakes happen, and after the 4th time I politely let them knowthat we have been having repeated issues and could they maybe just give a quick reminder to workers to double check thingsbefore giving out the orders. Well today we had our 5th wrong order that had both wrong items and items missing. Again, I knowmistakes happen, but this has gone beyond an occasional opps and is a pattern. Other times aside from weekend mornings don?tseem to be a problem, so it?s entirely possible it may just be one or two workers who are regularly scheduled for weekends. Read more
