I used to drive 45 minutes just to get Tropical Smoothie! I am so glad there is one in Cadillac now!!! I have never, ever, had a... bad experience. Everything always comes out timely, fresh and DELICIOUS. The entire staff is pretty amazing but Rebecca standsout for sure. Always smiling and cheerful. Best tropical smoothie location!! Staff is very polite and Alyssa really stood out to me. She fixed my drink without a problem... when it was made incorrectly. She was also very outgoing and different from other service people at fast food places. I have never had bad service from this establishment ever! And today the guy working the counter was have register issues, and... he did everything possible to make the situation better and took care of my wife and I to move alone the experience.
