I am a real fan of Wendy's, but the performance and accuracy of this Wendy's is something be worried about. They can be rude,... but more importantly your food will not be what you ordered. My best advice is to check your order at the register or at thewindow before walking away.... Because even if the order is super simple they will get it wrong. I only go there when I have alot of time to kill and want some thing to do for about 20 minutes before getting my food. Read more
I quit Wendys a while ago and have previously contacted them about having my job back. Mind you the time I did work, It was my... FIRST time working there. They lied to other managers and said that I worked there ?too? many times. And when I called to talkto the GM they hung up on me. I was also a good employee in my opinion. Horrible review for an asswhole of a server. Chocolate frosty was not crossed out on the menu and she had the audacity to say... nice try though. Extremely rude. Slow service and horrible people. This morning the two employees setting up the signs were mocking me and laughing at my order of a number four and a bottle of... water. I don?t know what was so funny but it was off putting and I left. Food is normally good but I wasn?t staying. Alsosmoking by the drive through signs is really gross too, not everyone smokes. Service was extemely slow. Cashier would take one order then leave to start filling someone elses order. When completed she... would take the next person's order. I want to lnow what the other 4 to 5 people were doing. Not all of them were cooking orworking the drive through. The food itself was good. My other reason for the low rating was the cashier's attire. I don't think a large earring through the lip, which caused her to not speak clearly and an earring through her nose were not visuallyappealing nor very sanitary for food service or appetizing. We had a perfect experience at this Wendy?s! The guy at the first window was very friendly. The woman there was also extremely... friendly. Both full of smiles! We had super hot fries!
