Cracker Barrel always hits the spot! My love the variety of sides, so it hard to choose. My favorite meal to order is the... vegetable plate so I can pile on the starches! Dumpings, hasbrown casserole, Mac and cheese, turnip green and the fried okra aremy favorite. The Cadiz location's staff are very friendly and give off southern charm. I enjoy going when they start upfireplace. It's just so inviting and creates an cozy atmosphere to enjoy with your family. Don't forget to check out theclearance section if the store if your a bargain hunter like me. I can always find something at a great discount. My last trip Ifound some cute mini salt and pepper shakers shaped like sea creatures on clearance for .40 cents a piece! Read more
Ordered a Sirloin steak, fries, brown beans and fried okra and all of it was delicious. The steak was cooked to perfection to me... was as good as any steak house, and the brown beans tasted just like home cooked! Read more
What an awful experience four our group of four. Our server Ashton eventually showed up to take our drink order. (2 Waters, 2... Unsweet Tea's with Lemon). No lemon was brought. We ordered an appetizer, it took 20 minutes to receive it, she only broughtTHREE Plates, said she'd be back. We also asked for SILVERWARE. She never came back with an extra plate, lemons or silverware.I had to go get the silverware from the front greeter / host desk. Our main food order was FOUR SALADS. We saw two servers onthe rows of tables on either side of us attending to their tables often, Ashton was no where to be seen. We watched a table offour order their meal, receive it and eat it while waiting on FOUR SALADS. Once we got our salads, we still had not receivedthe LEMONS. She never acknowledged the missing plate or silverware she didn't bring either. We asked for LEMONS, again, as wellas TEA and WATER refills, said she'd be back. Nope. She finally showed up to bring our checks with a BOWL of LEMONS! Said shewas sorry about the lemons and refills, she was really "busy." We were speechless..... My Salad had a hair in it. I would havesaid something, but she was no where to be seen. We never saw a manager checking tables. We were there almost TWO Hours for alight lunch. She needs more training. (The HOST should have brought silverware along with the menus when seating us) Thewomen's bathroom wreaked of urine and was filthy. Read more

As a Minnesotan venturing back from Florida, my group stopped at Cracker Barrel for breakfast. We were seated immediately, had a... very kind waitress, good service (not too much, not too little), the food was perfect, and the restaurant and bathrooms wereclean and well kept. I would definitely come back and recommend as a great stop to empty your bladder, get some good food inyour belly, and shop for souvenirs and knick knacks. Read more
No wait time, was immediately seated. Waitress came as soon as we sat and took our drink order and returned 5 minutes later to... take our food order. Waitress claimed she was new, so I understood why it took her 30+ minutes to check up on us, even when theplace was not packed. Food came and the pancakes were undercooked, bacon was overdone and they literally threw a slice of cheeseon top of my eggs when I asked scrambled with cheese. Overall, the food was not the greatest. I won't be returning to this oneanytime soon, unless they actually learn how to cook a meal worth eating. Read more
Good old fashioned restaurant with good food for a great price. You can get breakfast all day. We got there late one Saturday... evening and it was not as crowded as it is some of the time. We were in and got our drinks and soon after that they had ourmeals out. Very good service and friendly people. Would go back again. Read more
Kitchen seemed to be a little backed up this morning but the server was attentive. She kept my wife's coffee refreshed while we... waited. No complaints about the quality of our meals or the overall experience. Just a good breakfast with a little extra timeto relax so that's what we did. Read more
