We were given the wrong food, not a big deal. There was another vehicle that has been pulled up to the spot where you wait if... order behind you is ready I asked him of he had a Filet O Fish he said yes, I said they gave us your order he then told me theyhad given him the order for the people in front of him. I went in and the manager was yelling at the young man in drive thrubecause he was trying to take care of my order. The manager verbally argued with the young man. The young man who was trying tomake it right told her twice the McRib wasn't in the bag it was a 10 piece McNugget. Food was cold and there were no napkins orstraws for our drinks. Today I stopped at 10:27 AM. I asked I could order lunch. She looked and said no. After I ordered, the board immediately... changed and the next three people behind me ordered lunch. But, the arguments taking place in the kitchen were the biggestdisappointments. Loud yelling with profanity. If there was a manager on site, they were not doing their job. Wow. I think they are having serious staffing issues like everyone else, I guess. I went through the drive through on 8/19/22 to... order a large Double Quarter Pounder meal with coke, medium fries, double cheeseburger, and large coke. when i pulled forwardthey were not sure which order was mine, so they asked. no big deal. They gave me my cokes and asked me to pull forward. 10minutes later they finally brought my food to me at the front window. The bag contained a double quarter pounder burger and a10-piece chick nugget. Nothing else. I went inside and the girl who brought me my order was carrying on with the others and Ioverheard her say she already took care of my order. She then saw me and came forward. I showed her the bag and my receipt,and I asked for MY order. They brought me a medium fry and asked for the double cheeseburger (no pickles). She finally broughtme the burger and asked if there was anything else. I said yes, my large fries. She acted like it was an issue. These peoplecomplain about not getting paid enough but they don't want to work and get the orders right. It isn't that hard. I will not begoing back to this one. Read more
Order was wrong. They didn't ask for size. Just gave/charged us what they wanted. And put a order in our bag that we did NOT... order! And of course, no receipt. Nasty food. Just another reason not to eat at McDonald's. My order number was 240. My husbandordered a small quarter pounder meal and I ordered a 4a small. Got charged for a large. This location SUCKS!!!! Dishonest advertising seems to work for the management. A large sign in the window said 2 for $6. On ordering, the worker said... that special had ended yesterday. She said other people had been asking about the special, but the cash register would not allowher to enter. I told her the sign was very easy to take down since it was attached with suction cups. I asked if I could takethe sign down for her. She laughed politely, and I told her I was serious. She shrugged her shoulders and gestured vaguely tothe busy kitchen area. Stopped in for a quick bite to go and to use the restroom. The restuarant and restrooms were being cleaned while we were there... so everything was nice and clean and the food came hot and fast. Read more
If you go during the day then the customer service and food is great and you will get a hot meal that's really good. If you go... at night then the food isn't good at all and they don't know what they are doing. Read more
