Was in there a few weeks ago. Ordered a number 1 cheeseburgers. This is at 1030 am. I ordered lunch. It arrived within 10... minute Window . I took a bite of the burger , something was off taste wise. I took 2nd bite , spit it out. It was the beefpatty. I do not know if it was bad meat , left over and re heated or what. I called the car hop thru the microphone and thestation told them what had happened. They were like no way. I asked them to replace the burger w chi Ken tenders. They didbut w hesitation. Had burger sitting on dash. I got sick w stomach pains and direahha within about 2 hours of swallowing the1st intentional bite was sick for 2 days. Read more

I came to get a hamburger and onion rings quick for lunch, before a Dr appt down the street. First I waited over 15 min for them... to answer the call button. Literally watched a car pull up next to me put an order in and get their food before me. Sat andwaited for hamburger and drink because they were out of onion rings, as usual, for another 15 min, had to leave or was going tobe late for Dr appointment. Not going back. Read more

I'm so disgusted with this place in my town. Every time I come here, they always seem to mess up my order. You never get what... you pay for, food is always cold, don't think I've ever got a hot meal from here, I absolutely love the super sonic breakfastburrito ( if I drive a country mile to the right sonic) but last time I ordered one in my town I opened the tortilla up and ithad like 3 pieces of egg ,and like a few pieces of meat and that was it! Cost me almost $5 for a rolled up tortilla, I calledand talked to the manager and she was very rude. She pretty much said oh well and never even apologized. Only thing I EVER orderfrom there is the drinks, they haven't been able to screw that up YET. Read more
I kid you not we had to move the vehicle 4 times. First one, screen was broke, 2nd the chick said it was broke, third the girl... said move closer to the door, 4th, finally got our order taken. So irritating. Read more
