We were on a road trip just passing through and sadly it seemed as though the employee at the counter didn't seem to know what... to do. Honestly he was kind of rude and with his customer service skills, he might need more training to get through. Our foodwas what was expected. However the service station needed to be restocked, having me have to ask for a fork and napkins a lidand a straw. In doing so, I bothered the worker some more. Read more
Taco Bell was alright besides the wait but KFC was a huge disappointment ????. Not busy and still waited for KFC to go. First... they forgot my slaw and then gave me the wrong chicken which was old from sitting and reheated. They don't even bother to ask ifyou need napkins or sauce. I placed a simple order for soft tacos through the drive thru. The woman at the window spoke to me like I?m 4 years old. She... then asked me to pull forward after paying, and she would bring my order out when it was ready. I waited for 20 minutes in mycar before entering the building to retrieve my order. They had just begun to make the tacos. I waited another 5 minutes for myorder. Not a single employee apologized. No recognition of the fact that I had to go inside to pick up my drive thru order. Stopped by for dine-in lunch on 7/5/22 at 11:30. The place was severely understaffed. We waited just over an hour to get our... food. Over the course of that hour, the head employee present apologized to all of the customers waiting inside and explainedthat due to other employees not showing up, he was working to prepare the food just by himself (there was two other employees,one was operating the drive-through and another was working the front register). While the wait was excessively long, the heademployee at least was putting in what effort he could. When we finally got our food, he apologized again and gave us vouchersfor two free tacos. Read more
Staff were nice enough but the food was slow with 1 car ahead of us. Now for the food quality, I think it was the worst Taco... Bell I?ve ever had. They skimped on the meat, the taco shells had this horrible peanut aftertaste, no sauces or napkins in thebags. Read more
Make sure they give you a receipt or they will miss/give incorrect items (after you?ve waited 30 minutes with no other cars in... line) and then laugh when you ask for management to help correct the issue. We?re given spicy chicken for kids meals and noneof the requested condiments for the Taco Bell portion. It takes a lot for us to complain and we understand being busy/givinggrace. Read more
This taco bell is probably one of the worst I've been to! The food is never hot or very good at all! I LOVE Taco Bell until I... moved here and this one is the only one near me in Cadiz KY. Every time I order a taco, I'm pretty much only eating a shell oreither tortilla, literally no meat at all and if I order the potatoes, they are normally stale and nasty.
