I can not remember the name of the young man working, but he was wonderful. He was the only one working and was still polite,... cheerful, and fast. Oh, we were also there at 15 till close... I know.... I would not have been so nice. He was taking out thetrash when we pulled up, took our order, made our food, and yes he washed his hands. ???? I don't know what the other employeeswere doing or why they were not helping, but he deserves a raise or a bonus! It was Nov. 1 2022. The food was hot, fresh, andcorrect! Great service! The pretzel bun bacon burger was amazing! Had a good time dining in. Coming from LBL this was a perfect stop.
terrible customer service skills, Can't get your order right even when you say it very very slowly for them. Get very irritated... and comp an attitude with you when you ask for the rest of the food that you paid for that they did not give you. All I did wasordered to number ten's....... Read more

Worked here for short time, manager ate an egg with her bare hands? Didn?t wash? Drank water bottle in front of customers but... denied me of having any drink after I threw up multiple times from heat. Pointed at the managers list of things to do and toldme to do it even though I?d not been taught and it was my 3rd day, plus i wasn?t a manager. they opened at 6, started mopping,stopped, waited until I came in at 9 to tell me to sweep AND mop rushing me the entire time whilst they were standing around.Other manager had me to stock her station, which I had nothing to do with, when it was past time for me to clock out the 2ndday. Food was delicious, staff here are competent and efficient; we also did not have to wait long. Great experience!
