Drive thru was pretty quick. Got wrong order twice. Hamburgers were dry. Fries were good.
Ordered two Coffee. They gave us a number and 10 minutes later had to go back to counter. They forgot about it. Manager offered... us free coffee next time we came in. They were not busy at all. Coffee was good. Manager was good. Read more
This Mcdonald is dirty compare to other mcdonald. The french fries they served to us is very cold.
Honestly would be a 1 star if the morning crew weren't good. Been there many times between 6 and 8pm to not be answered at the... drive thru. I've been 3 times to have my order messed up even after confirming the correct order at the first window. And likejust a simple order like a large number 4 turns into a medium. Yet I still paid for a large (or at least confirmed that I wanteda large at the first window) but am too lazy to go back and complain... I know McDonald's would just tell me to download the appto avoid those issues but uhh I don't want to? Last time I went I waited for them to fix my order (again, like a normal order)while at least 5 cars went through the drive through. I told myself I was just gonna go to Wendy's from now on. McDonald's isfine for Breakfast, but if you're looking for better service and a quick meal, go across the street to Wendy's for dinner. Read more

I come to McDonalds often as my father is a fan and not in good health. The night turn crew and their manager are always so hard... working and kind. I?ve seldom had any issues with my order and any I?ve had have been promptly fixed. They certainly enhance anyexperience I have with McDonalds exceptionally. Read more
After waiting almost 20 minutes for my order of quarter pounder just cheese and a kids meal I get home and bite into... this...Completely RAW inside. So I called the Cadiz Store and was told by manager "I'll have to get on them". Not once offeredto make it right or compensate I any way. Returned yesterday and showed her a picture and she gave me an attitude like I was aburger villain. Never will I allow myself or children to eat at Cadiz McDonald's again. Read more
The staff is nice the food was good and the fries were fresh
