Dine in mobile ordering. So I ordered a $5 biggie bag and a large drink. All was well until I got to my BLT Crispy Chicken... sandwich. I had ordered it as no bacon, no lettuce, and no tomato, assuming I would get a mayo and cheese sandwich. Surprise Igot Bacon and cheese. I went to the line and waited my turn. When I got to the counter I explained the mix up and she asked whatI wanted on it. I told her just cheese and mayo and she repeated it back to me. When she returned with my new sandwich, it hadjust mayo. I gave up and just went down to my moms and got a slice of cheese from her to eat my sandwich. Other than that, foodwas great. Read more
Customer service was HORRIBLE! We stopped at 8:15 pm on a Tuesday evening. The manager must have been having issues with another... customer because she was outside with another employee and it didn't look like they were too happy. When I pulled up to get myfood, the drive through window was open and the manager was using a lot of inappropriate language talking about the food ordersand how she was not going to apologize to this other customer. She then proceeded to complain about frostys being orderedbecause "there are two other ice cream shops in town" and she was tired of making frostys. She was very vulgar and did not carewho heard her. When she gave us our food I said, "a word of advice, next time close the window before you want to complain" andshe slammed the window shut. I am calling the district manager and corporate. This was ridiculous. We also ordered a chickensandwich and 6 peice nuggets and neither of it is as edible. Hard as a rock. Read more
I have always used the drive thru, however after my experience last Friday, I'm not sure I'll return. My parents, my daughter... and I went inside to grab dinner. The place was filthy, the lobby floor was so slippery I was afraid of falling as well as my80 year old parents. The lady who waited on us with RED hair assuming a manager, I asked about the new chicken sandwich she saidI don't know I don't EAT THIS FOOD, we get our food no clean tables, as we sat to eat half of the crew working went out sideto smoke or vape, when they got busy. They ran in and did what they had to without washing their hands. Then went right back outto their vehicles parked under the big Wendy's sign and repeated the smoke until needed. Im not sure I will return to thislocation it gags me to think of eating here. Read more
Just driving through and grabbed some lunch, everything was fresh and hot. My partner and I agreed that the fries were the best... that we could remember I'm at least a decade. Excellent! Read more
My husband's meal looked better than mine for sure. Definitely won't get another Bacon Bourbon Burger....especially at this... location ?...I was like where's the toppings! Read more
Staff is fantastic. Very helpful. Warmed a bottle up for a newborn when the could have said no. The food was by far better than... McDonald's that is across the street. My only complaint is there is no changing table in the bathroom. Read more
