New Manager needs a reality check. Someone bumped our original order so we had to wait. Food came out cold, my friends... hashbrown- undercooked, my eggs were hard & cold. REFUSED to fix request, other customers were sending food back as well whichtrigger her. Bad for business! The back sass I received was incentive to call corporate. I tipped the server $10 (her bosscreates a hostile work environment) she did the best she could w/ a poor leader of a manager/terrible cook. She walked in withgreasy hair & bad attitude. 27/7 great service & hot food! Not on this day!!! After church Sunday around 10:30 I Was going to stop by enjoy some coffee &... breakfast May be catch a second church online that I love so much. Pulled into parking lot there may have been 4 cars in wholelot including any employees so perfect timing right? No! A lady passed me as I walked in didn?t say hello or anything she said?we aren?t serving food right now? no explanation as she walked to a table with menus in her hands. I?m not sure what the issuewas that day no one elaborated on it nor did anyone of the other 5 employees standing in the grill area offer a reason as to whyI couldn?t stay for breakfast. So I was going to use the restroom then go find a place in Cairo to have breakfast- women?srestroom was out of order! We really enjoyed our supper and the service was exceptional. Alot better than the last time we went. We haven't been there in 5... months due to the way we were treated then. Okay we were in a rush and this didn't take too long honestly, great service, all black staff proud of them man. I ordered... sausages, bacon, eggs, hash browns, and grits. Everything was good(add your own salt and pepper) my husband food was good also.Got a good size cup of coffee for $2 also. Perfect service. Highly recommend. Read more
