TERRIBLE! SAT FOR AN HOUR IN THE LINE JUST ABOUT (yea thats my fault) WHILE THEY CATERED TO THIS COUPLE WHO WAS CUSSING THEM... OUT, WHILE THEY WERE JUST REDOING THEIR WHOLE ORDER 6 DIFFERENT TIMES WITHOUT MOVING OUT THE LINE. SAYING THE DRIVE THRU MANAGERIS STRESSED, REMOVE HER POSITION AND REPLACE WITH SOMEONE CAPABLE. I was in the drive through for 20min. Then she took my order. After she took my order I waited 35 more min. I got out of my... vehicle went to the side door it was locked then went to the other side door it was locked, so i went to the 3rd door it waslocked also. So I stood their looking in until this lady hanf motioned me I had to wait for someone with a key to open the door.A worker came to the door and opened it. As u walked in he asked me was my order wrong, I told him I'm waiting on my order.After that he gave me my order. And it was still ppl in line.???? Read more
The day we visited this McDonald's, not only was the drive-thru intercom not working but both lanes were full of angry and... extremely rude customers. Later, I found out that there was only one employee working the drive-thru. We waited in line over 30minutes for our turn to place our order at the drive thru window. Even though the young lady (Adrianna, I think is her name) wasbeing verbally abused by rude customers, she delivered an excellent level of Customer Service! This young lady took our order atthe window, walked to kitchen and gave cooks the order and after we paid, she asked us to pull up and informed us that she wouldbring us our order shortly and she did just that. This young lady deserves a raise! I don't know why corporate was allowing thislocation to operate under these conditions but these 5 ????? are not for them but for her! Read more
A year ago you wouldn't catch me coming here due to prior experiences with customer service -_- and couple attitudes .... but... there has been a shift lately!!!! I'm a regular here due to it being the best place in town for morning ice Coffees!! I see sucha change. I look forward to morning trips and the customer experience has stayed consistent , Morning hours as well as weekendPop Ins have been a breeze! I have not one negative comment . Lousy service. Ordered curbside and been waiting more than 35 mins. Went inside because sign out front says lobby open and... since it was taking so long and told employee inside that I ordered online and its been 30 mins that I wasn't sure if I neededto come inside to pick it up.
