The kids they?re hiring there, isn?t respectful and very impatient. I had an incident with a young fellow as I trying to order... an kids meal, he sounded so upset and impatient with me for god knows why. I told him don?t worry about my order and I pulled upto the front window he wasn?t nowhere to be found. I got here at 12:15, it is now 1:15 and still no food. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru, 4 people working inside. I... asked what the hold up was and the girl told me it's because the are over worked and can't hire anyone, and that management iscutting hours. Crazy that at lunch time, you cut hours and have no staff to support operations. Read more
I love my Popeye?s chicken but this location is slow as molasses in winter. I have been 4-5 times in the last 4 months with the... shortest wait being over 20 minutes. Today was 27 minutes to get chicken. When I got to the house the biscuits I paid for werenot in the bag. My red beans and rice is not the same without biscuits. It appears they wait to get enough orders to justify adrop of a full basket of chicken so the first person is waiting too long for their order. The only benefit to the long wait isthe chicken is usually fresh out of the fryer and plenty warm. The staff is nice and friendly but the way they run therestaurant is not good. Read more
Very poor. Out of many sides. I ordered butterfly shrimp and got tiny shrimp that were fried hard. The girl who waited On us was... very nice. The order was mixed up. We did not get the sides we ordered. Read more
They never have Chicken ready, you order, they say we don't have that and it's going to take 15 minutes, you ask for something... else, it's going to take 15 minutes. Tried 3 times to order in drive thru over the course of 2-3 months and they never got any of my over priced orders correct.... Order spicy and I get original, order tenders and I chicken legs. Ordered a tender meal for $17 only to get home and find 3tenders boxed up. I'm done won't be back. Read more
I have eaten at a lot of Popeyes. This one the food was very greasy I get fried chicken is a lil greasy sometimes but this was... really bad, the cashier was as good as gold though. I won?t say I won?t give them another try but that wasn?t the bestexperience. Read more
