Haven't been in since all the new changes. I had a rotisserie honey mustard chicken sub on cheese bread. Wish I'd taken a pic... before I ate it all. Yum! Also looked like new crew. Two very polite and personable young men who had speed and accuracy. We ateinside and they had a steady influx of customers. The were just as nice to every single person who came in. There were alsopeople ordering that you could tell were regulars and the exchange was even more personal about their work, family life, etc.Wish I could remember their names but I've lost my receipt. The older lady was very rude! We went at 11am and they didn't have steak or meatballs. Said they had a truck and didn't have... time to fix everything. I would think they would know when a truck was coming and be prepared! They have a piece of paper on thedoor that says "No Coupons". Definitely not a fan! Read more
The meatball sub wasn't very good and we only got the classic meatball because they said the coupon doesn't cover their new menu... items. We wanted The Boss. While there are exclusions on the coupon (i.e.) the Monster, The Boss was not one of them. When myboyfriend said, "fine just give me a regular meatball sub", at checkout they told him their system couldn't accept coupons atthat time. I'm sure they could have overwritten their register and honored the coupon. Read more
