Amazing! First time there!!! The woman behind the counter greeted us wirh a smile and waited on us with a smile even though I... could sense something was wrong... maybe she was having a bad day but she waited on us proudly. Not knowing the menu and helpedus. Our meals didn't come with fries but she let us try them which they were amazing!!! We dined inside and she was keeping busyby sweeping under booths and the best part about it is they play Christian music! The paraphernalia on the walls is super cute!The atmosphere is great and welcoming for a fast food place! I recommend this place to anyone!!!! This is just a praise for Zaxbys in Cairo. My mama left her purse there today and it was there for about 4 hours. Not to mention... it had very important valuables in it. She called Zaxbys to see if she left it there and she did. When she got there she wasn'tsure if her valuables would be in it or not but it was! Everything left untouched. Well I really don?t know where to start but I have granddaughters who absolutely love to eat Zaxbys. One of them graduated pre-K... last Thursday. After the program was Over her mother had to go back to work so she went home with my aunt and uncle-MY AUNT ANDUNCLE! Meaning these are 70-year-old people. When my granddaughter is with them they rely on her lot to do the talking. Theywent up to the front and as my granddaughter was ordering the lady looked at her and yelled? I don?t understand what you want!?Meanwhile my aunt is standing there smiling because she can?t hear anything that?s going on. My granddaughter said Mimi Istarted to ask her please don?t be mean to us my aunt can?t hear and I am trying. Anyone that knows my granddaughter knows sheis older than her years she is very bright. And understands a lot more than she should. This was my aunt and uncle?s very firsttime ever going out to eat at Zaxby?s .I thought when you were on the .payroll the customer was always right. It is sad to seewhat this world has came to. When you have to Hire rude people because you are scared you won?t have help.
