There?s a lot to say about this particular Dunkin?, and I don?t know where to start. Mobile ordering isn?t convenient when you... never know if the lobby is going to be closed or not. And if the lobby happens to be open and you placed a mobile order thechances of you getting your stuff before a walk in does is slim to none. The staff tends to not notice if you?ve been standingaround for awhile and won?t ask what you?re waiting for. I?ve watched an older woman who was making food flip out and hit themobile ordering receipt machine with tongs over and over while cursing, causing a scene and making people who were waiting foralready paid for orders to leave. The last time I went my husband and I went through the drive through so I could order onecoffee, I always start my order with ?could I please have,? and end it with ?thank you.? After I ordered there was a long periodof silence, I was sure there was a new employee taking the order so I was patient and assumed she was trying to figure out howto use the POS screen to put my order in. Instead I heard another voice begin speaking, not to me but to the person taking theorder, assuming she was trying to help, and then I heard ?they?re being rude,? which was not the case. So we left. I?ve beenpatient over the years knowing understaffing is an issue everywhere, but now I?m beginning to think it?s not an understaffingissue as much as there is a staff issue. I really wish someone higher in corporate would check this place out, I?ve never had anissue with any of the other locations local to where I live, but Cairo Dunkin? has many. Read more

I ordered ahead from home to pick up inside . The doors LOCKED! I have sat In line for 20 min now ! Finally after paying a... head waiting 20 min the speaker did not work ! Than I was greeted with no sympathy and a huge attitude. I will never come tothis Dunkin again . Read more

Worst Dunkin I?ve ever been to Staff has no personality, lobby is literally almost always closed, if there?s two cars and your... the third car here there?s guaranteed a 15 minute wait not to mention the coffee taste like dirty dish water, and who even is incharge of ordering their supplies obviously don?t know what they are doing seeing as they?re always out of larges and if youorder off the app they won?t refund or cut the price for your medium that you paid large price for. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese on an English muffin. They did not toast the mufifn at all. It's like they just pulled it out... of the bag and threw the warm stuff on. Disgusting, lazy, PATHETIC. LEARN how things should actually be made/cooked or maybe usea brain cell. Read more

I hate bashing companies or employees but this Dunkin is the worst one I?ve ever been to they constantly ain?t opened on time I... show up 10 mins after they are supposed to be open and they never are they run on their own time not the business hours. And thecoffee is never made right and the egg sandwiches are never toasted. They run it through the toaster oven for like 5 seconds.The drive through is the worst they consistently tell you to wait to order then when they ask you to order they say can you waita minute this consistently happens a lot I would say 8/10 time I go there. I know these people don?t make much but if you don?ttake pride in anything that you do. You will never succeed in life. I used to work at a pizza place when I was younger and youhave to take pride in what you do cause it reflects on everyone else and in the end you make more tips. People notice goodservice. Read more

Go here often and seems to always be an issue. Staff is slow and out of alot of products often. Don't bother ordering ahead on... the app , never know when the inside will be locked so have to wait in line anyway. I understand sometimes having not enoughstaff but seems problems here are more then that. Read more

Consistently have gotten orders wrong for the past year. Recently, the past 3 times I?ve came here on a Saturday I ended waiting... 20+ minutes just for a coffee. This is insane. Nobody who?s buying a coffee has time to sit and wait 20 minutes in the worldstiniest drive they/parking lot. Read more
